Response times
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint about your personal data, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email contact@eatzygo.in from the address registered to your account. The privacy policy lists your rights, and the account and data deletion page explains how deletion works and what happens within 30 days.
